Every nameplate is custom-engraved with your equipment data — serial numbers, ratings, certifications, and all fields you specify. Your company logo is laser-engraved at no extra cost.

We engrave 304/304L as our standard — it handles weld spatter, grinding dust, oils, and weather without flinching. Plates stay legible on equipment that lives outdoors, in compressor stations, on chemical-plant skids, or in steam plants — decades after installation. No paint to peel, no laminate to delaminate. Additional alloys including 316/316L and 321 are coming soon.

You configure your plate online — size, material, fields, logo — and submit your order. You get a digital proof showing exactly what the finished plate will look like. Approve the proof, we engrave and ship. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Standard lead time is 3 business days for 304/304L (#4 brushed finish).

PlateLabs LLC is based in Albany, New York. We ship to all 50 US states via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Flat-rate shipping is $15 per order.
